Possibly the most telling sign of any project's success is the level of psychological safety present between team members—from the top down & across disciplines. Designers are responsible for bringing solutions to life that meet the best interests of people & planet while still balancing the very real and shifting demands of business. When teams lack the trust and safety to have honest and candid discussions, our human-centered systems of checks-and-balances have next to 0% chance of succeeding.

People are mostly good. When we treat our neighbors, coworkers, and clients like human beings worthy of care and respect, we give and receive the best of one another.
